Product Description

Adam Dutkiewicz and Joel Stroetzel of Killswitch Engage craft music that ranges from the purest clean tones to intense melodic metal. In the studio, they've used a wide array of guitars with both active and passive pickups. Performing live brings its own challenges. Now, Adam and Joel have a single set of pickups that can handle it all. With the Fishman Fluence pickups, you're in control of some of the most powerful and diverse tones out there. Collaborating with Killswitch Engage, these signature pickups are unique. They're free from hum and unwanted noise, and offer high note definition. The Killswitch Engage set includes: 1 ceramic pickup for the bridge, 1 alnico pickup for the neck or middle, volume and tone pots, a push - pull voice selector pot for volume and tone, and all the wiring needed for installation.

Using the Fishman Fluence Killswitch Engage Signature Pickup Set is easy. First, make sure your guitar is turned off. Locate the existing pickups on your guitar and carefully remove them. Then, install the new pickups following the included wiring diagram. Connect the volume and tone pots, and the push - pull voice selector pot as indicated. Once everything is wired up, turn on your guitar and amp to test the new pickups. When using these pickups, keep in mind that they are designed to reduce hum and extra noise. So, try to avoid placing them near strong magnetic fields which could interfere with the signal. Also, don't use excessive force when adjusting the pots to prevent damage. For maintenance, gently clean the pickups with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals as they could damage the finish. If you notice any issues with the sound or wiring, it's best to consult a professional guitar technician.
