This is a double - vinyl LP of Curtis Mayfield's Curtis / Live! with 2 bonus tracks. First released in 1971 on Mayfield’s Curtom label, it features 16 live tracks recorded at Paul Colby’s Bitter End nightclub in NYC, along with Mayfield’s political raps. Mixed mainly by Eddie Kramer at Electric Lady Studios, it showcases Mayfield's band including Henry Gibson on percussion, Craig McMullen on rhythm guitar, Joseph “Lucky” Scott on bass, and Tyrone McCullen on drums. To use this vinyl, first, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition.
