This White Fishman Fluence Signature Series Tim Henson 7-String Pickup Set offers three unique voices. You can enjoy ultra-clean single coil and nylon-string sounds, as well as Tim's favorite humbucker tones. Combine the single-coil voices of the neck and bridge pickups for Tim's perfect single-coil combination tone. Key features include multi-voice functionality, allowing you to set it and forget it or wire it up to switch between three musically complementary voices. It can directly replace standard humbucker pickups and is rechargeable on your guitar. An optional lithium-ion battery pack provides more playing hours between charges than a standard 9V battery (not included). Neck Voice 1 offers a thick and smooth neck humbucker sound, Voice 2 is a hyper-clean nylon string surrogate, and Voice 3 is Tim's fluid neck single-coil. Bridge Voice 1 is based on a hot-rodded Classic voice, a classic lead tone. Voice 2 combines Tim's favorite bridge humbuckers, and Voice 3 gives Tim's ideal single coil combination tone when used with the neck coil. Specifications include neck peak frequencies of 2.6 kHz (Voice 1), 4.5 kHz / 350 Hz (Voice 2), bridge peak frequencies of 670 Hz (Voice 1), 1.9 kHz / 840 Hz (Voice 2), Alnico V magnetic material in the neck and Ceramic VIII in the bridge, different magnetic circuits and pole spacings, an output impedance of 2 k for both neck and bridge, current draws of 2 mA (neck) and 3 mA (bridge), a 9-Volt battery or optional rechargeable battery pack (not included), and a battery life of up to 110 hours for the set.
Using this pickup set is easy. First, you can directly install it to replace your standard humbucker pickups. Once installed, you can set the multi-voice function according to your preference. You can either set it and leave it as it is, or wire it up to toggle between the three different voices. When using the battery, you can choose a 9 - Volt battery or an optional rechargeable battery pack (not included). If you use the rechargeable battery pack, it will give you more playing time between charges. For maintenance, keep the pickup set clean and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. Also, make sure to check the battery regularly, especially if you use the rechargeable one, to ensure it has enough power for your playing.
