Product Description

If you're recording multiple musicians simultaneously or a group wants to listen to a playback, a monitor distribution system is a must. The AMP800 is a compact and versatile option that can power up to 8 pairs of headphones and deliver 2 different stereo mixes. It features an ultra - compact design suitable for studio and stage use, 4 independent stereo high - power amplifier sections, and can provide top - notch audio quality with almost all headphone types, even at full volume. Each channel has a Phones Level control and an accurate 6 - segment LED output meter for easy level monitoring. There are 2 balanced stereo main inputs with independent Level and Balance controls for individual mixes, selectable for all 4 headphone amplifiers. An accurate 6 - segment LED main level meter shows the precise level of both line inputs. With 2 headphone outputs per channel (front and rear panel), a total of 8 headphones can be connected at once. The Parallel Link Output allows you to cascade multiple headphone amplifiers. It also uses high - quality potentiometers and illuminated switches for long - term reliability, and all Mini Series models can be stacked for an ultra - compact signal processing solution.

Using the Behringer AMP800 is easy. First, connect your audio source to the balanced stereo main inputs. Adjust the Level and Balance controls according to your needs for individual mixes. You can then connect headphones to the front or rear panel outputs of each channel. You can connect up to 8 headphones in total. If you need more headphone outputs, use the Parallel Link Output to connect additional amplifiers. When using, keep in mind that although the amplifier can handle a wide range of headphones, make sure to start with a low volume and gradually increase it to avoid damage to your ears or the headphones. Also, avoid exposing the amplifier to extreme temperatures or humidity. For maintenance, keep the amplifier clean by using a dry cloth to wipe it regularly. Check the potentiometers and switches occasionally for any signs of wear. If you notice any issues, contact the manufacturer for support.
